Established in the year, 1993, our company, is engaged in the sphere of manufacturing a wide range of CNC Machined components, assemblies and machined, turned, ground & fabricated components. We are manufacturing more than 500 components that find their applications in different industries like AEROSPACE ,HYDRAULIC BLOW MOULDING BOTTLE MAKING MACHINES,” X” RAY MEDICAL APPLICATION MACHINES PARTS and many export oriented units etc and various industries abroad.The entire range is CNC MACHINING at our highly developed manufacturing unit that is equipped with latest technology ensuring optimum efficiency and performance. AEROSPACE COMPONENTS

All Aerospace components are manufactured as per the standard ISO 9001:2000 SAE AS 9100B:2004. Our company is 9001:2000 SAE AS 9100B:2004 certified company and certification is done by ABS QUALTITY EVALUATION INC, USA. Presently supplying Aerospace components to Honeywell tier II supplier for last 8 years. Our range of the Aeronautical Spare Components are fabricated from the high quality metal alloy and other allied materials. Our range of aircraft components work efficiently under extreme temperature and pressure conditions. The required raw material we import as per specification of customer drawing and components are manufactured to the drawings, tolerance mentioned therein. Till date wide Range of the our aerospace components developed which are: Split Casing For Aircraft, , Wave Guide For Aircrafts, , Control Manifold For Fighter Planes, Diffuser Plate for Turbines , Ring Load for Light Combat Aircraft, Rod ends , Turning crops ,components for hydraulics ,air and fuel circuits, etc.

Engineering Capabilities

In Kazi industries CNC machines are programmed by our own engineers using the latest MASTERCAM and CADCAM software. This system enables our engineers to program most complex CNC machining. All CNC machines are connected to the DNC server. Engineering Windows Workstation and DNC server are connected via Ethernet network to provide state of the art shop floor communication system. Our DNC communication system is designed specifically for sending or receiving numerical control files, from any engineering workstation to any machine at anytime, which allows us to produce high quality parts in shortest possible time.

We continually upgrade our Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing capabilities to provide our customers with the benefits of current technology. With our updated software and technology, our engineers are able to support our customers in drawing, processing, tooling, and planning multiple projects at one time.
