plus carefully selected conventional equipment which provides simple to complex component manufacture from a single to batch production in the most efficient, cost effective and consistent manner possible. Apart from our own capabilities, a approved supply base has been established which allows provision of fully finished components to our customers. Specialist services such as heat treatment, plating, galvanizing, spinning and non-destructive testing also can be provided alongwith full trace- ability upto raw material stage.

PACE specialises in the production of simple and medium complexity machined parts for the aerospace industry to AS9100C quality standards.
Combining state of the art CNC machining and CMM verification with traditional engineering skills we machine specialist parts and simple assemblies on a ‘make to print’ basis and manufacture a wide range of standard A, AS, AGS and SP grade high integrity precision components.
With 28 CNC lathes, 10 CNC machining centres and specialist EDM capabilities at our disposal; a highly skilled team of 100 people; and advanced production techniques and testing processes, few projects are beyond our capabilities.
Working in all aerospace grade materials we turn components to diameters of between 1mm and 250mm and mill complex forms in 5-axes.
